The Electoral College Calculator starts with each state or district assigned to its winning party in 2012.
Each state or district is sized according to its number of electoral votes.
Click on a state or district change its color.
Set the Calculator to use three, seven, or eleven colors by selecting from among the palette options.
Under past elections, the eleven-color palette represents winning margins of 0-5, 5-10, 10-15, 15-20, and 20+ percentage points. The seven-color palette represents winning margins of 0-10, 10-20, and 20+ percentage points. The three-color palette represents the state or district winner. Gray represents unassigned states or districts in each palette.

Good evening! We have another update from FiveThirtyEight this evening. Not even certain if this map differs from the previous FiveThirtyEight map. Nevertheless I made the map and left it for you to decide.
